The benefits
In addition to the extensive public training programme that the IIA runs every year, we are also able to offer any of the courses on an in-company basis and, if necessary, tailor any course to cater for more specific requirements.
First class training
All our trainers are experts in their fields. Many of them combine professional training delivery with 'hands on' experience in internal audit and risk management.
Cost effective
Since the training takes place at your own premises there is no travel, no time away from the office and no unrelated expenses often associated with public courses. The IIA charges fees at a daily rate, therefore staff can be trained at a very low cost per person. Where a course is specifically designed for a company, an additional cost for development is made.
Flexibility
As clients are able to arrange a date that is most suitable to them, it provides the ultimate flexibility for training to fit in with work demands.
Immediate impact
By learning in familiar surrounding and having the whole team involved in the training, the impact throughout the organisation is immediate. Sensitive company information can be shared and used as concrete examples during the course in complete confidence.
Course materials
Course handouts are sent to your organisation prior to the course to be issued to each delegate.
Fees
There is a standard daily charge for in-company training with the addition of speaker accommodation and expenses if incurred. The maximum number of delegates who can attend depends on the course requested.
