Following the success of our first heads of audit master class we are now offering another event to help you assess and improve your internal audit function.   

Auditing organisational strategy 
Internal auditors help their organisations achieve their objectives by providing assurance and consulting services to board members and senior management. Only with a strong grasp of the organisation's strategic objectives can internal auditors hope to fulfil this role.

Following attendance you will gain greater appreciation on how to:

  • understand and assess your organisation's strategy
  • identify the key attributes of a good strategic planning process
  • promote the role of internal audit in supporting the process of developing strategies and building a straregic plan
  • comment and input to strategic issues
  • audit the strategic planning process
  • consider strategic issues as part of each operational audit.

Keith has a broad range of business experience covering the roles of finance, operations, business development, risk management and internal audit.
