Event Details

Internal Auditors need to go beyond the traditional Audit tools if they want to influence the Auditee to ensure that their recommendations are implemented successfully.  Traditional tools together with behavioural skills in interpersonal influence are paramount to effective implementation of findings together with firm recommendations.

Presenting or influencing others is solidly based on the important skill of changing how others think and behave after and during the time that you have communicated with them. By focusing on changing behaviour as the end product, we can then work with our research material to give you the power to control what others receive in terms of your communication in your role as auditor.

We draw on our research into evolutional psychology and the most relevant research in the applied behavioural sciences. You will have the opportunity to test and apply these principles in workshops, case studies and real plays which are clearly designed to equip you with the skills to radically improve your ability to influence others.

For more information or to register please see attached flyer and booking form. Any queries please contact Jim Thompson by email to jim.thompson@iia.org.uk
