If you are new or returning to internal audit, or it makes up only part of your role, and you are not yet ready to undertake a professional qualification then you may wish to consider the IIA Certificate in Internal Audit and Business Risk.

For those wanting to become professionally qualified the entry point is the IIA Diploma in Internal Audit Practice, leading to the PIIA designation. If you already hold a postgraduate qualification then you may be able to take the accelerated route to the IIA Diploma.

Those who already hold the PIIA designation are eligible to take the IIA Advanced Diploma in Internal Auditing and Management, leading to the MIIA designation. In addition, if you are qualified and already work or wish to work in IT auditing then you may wish to study our IIA IT Auditing Certificate.
