Qualifications and CPD
For every step of your career, the IIA provides the right qualification for the professional internal auditor. Requiring a combination of study and work experience to produce competence across a range of areas, the qualifications provide recognition of individual ability and commitment to high standards of work and integrity through adherence to a code of ethics and professional standards.
The IIA offers a portfolio of qualifications providing a structured pathway for your career as an internal auditor:
IIA Diploma in Internal Audit Practice
IIA Advanced Diploma in Internal Auditing and Management
IIA Certificate in Internal Audit and Business Risk
IIA Qualification in Computer Auditing
Consultation on IIA Certificate in IT Auditing
Exemptions
Certain qualifications, or prior experience may entitle you to an exemption from one or more of the examinations. You may even be allowed direct entry onto the Advanced Diploma qualification. For more information click here.
Student membership
