All applications for study programmes must be made in writing, and sent by fax, e-mail or post. Please use the application form to confirm your place. For security reasons, we do not recommend that you send your credit card details by e-mail, but use fax or phone instead.

Payment for study programmes and workshops must be received before the start of the programme or within 30 days of invoice date, whichever is sooner. We accept:

If your company requires a purchase order number to be stated on the invoice, please ensure that the number is quoted on the application form.
Where circumstances dictate, the IIA reserves the right to alter published programmes, tutors, facilitators, fees or venues without prior notice. In such cases its liability will be restricted to a refund of any course fee paid.
The IIA does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its study programmes and workshops. Delegates should take specific advice when dealing with specific situations. Opinions expressed are those of individual speakers and not necessarily those of the IIA.
We will post your tutor details and assignments approximately two weeks before the start of the study session. Joining instructions for events including venue details will be issued approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the workshop.
If your studies are sponsored by your employer IIA Learning will, on request, provide your named employer with information on your enrolment, achievement on your assignment, take-up of mock exam and attendance at induction days, mid-session workshops and revision workshops.
The Institute recognises that a change of circumstances can be unavoidable and may necessitate students withdrawing from their course of study. Should you wish to withdraw from your course of study you will need to notify the Institute in writing. A percentage of the tuition fee will be refundable, depending on the date of notification.

You cannot defer your studies, so if you are experiencing difficulties with your course of study, you should withdraw from, or cancel, your studies.
The deadlines refer to the date of receipt of your letter of notification in the Institute’s office in Clapham Common, London. So, please allow sufficient time for postal delays.
There is no charge for transferring your booking on mid-session workshops to an alternative date provided you notify the IIA in writing up to 20 working days before the start of the workshop and that there is availability. However, a transfer fee of 20% of the workshop will be payable if notice is received within 20 working days of the start date of the original workshop. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. No more than one transfer will be allowed.
If you notify the IIA in writing up to 20 working days before the start date of the workshop, you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of 20%. However if notice is received within 20 working days of the start date, the fee will remain payable in full. Cancellation by the IIA, where circumstances dictate, the IIA reserves the right to cancel events, or alter published programmes, fees or venue without prior notice. In such cases its liability will be restricted to a refund of any course fee paid.

If you notify IIA Learning in writing within 10 days of registering, and return all material in saleable condition, you will receive a full refund less an administration charge of 20%. You cannot defer or carry forward your course of study to another study session.
