Complaints

Although we aim to provide you with the highest standards of service there may be an occasion when you feel you have cause for complaint. If so, our staff will do everything they can to resolve the problem and ensure that you receive a quick and fair response.

We are committed to putting right our mistakes and, where we can, learning from their lessons.

If your complaint is in reation to an individual member of the IIA, please refer to the section on the Code of Ethics.


Whistleblowing Policy
The IIA also has a formal whistleblowing policy. Although this policy is written primarily with staff in mind, its principles also apply to other people involved with the IIA such as volunteers, committee members, contractors and consultants. We encourage anyone to come forward and express any serious concerns they have about any aspect of our work.
