Service standards – what you can expect from us


At the IIA we are committed to providing you with the highest standards of service. You can expect us to be:

Courteous and respectful  - we will treat you in a polite and professional manner.

Fair - we will be fair and open in our dealings with you regardless of your race, colour, nationality, sex, religion, disability, political beliefs, marital or family status.

Responsive - your views are important to us and we will continue to seek your opinion, listen to your needs and take action based on them.

Timely - we will respond to your queries and requests for information in a timely manner and in accordance with our service standard levels.

Knowledgeable - staff will be knowledgeable about their area of responsibility. If we do not know the answer to your question, or if further information or research is needed, we will tell you this.
