Affiliate membership
Affiliate membership is for those who wish to benefit from the services and support offered by the IIA without taking formal examinations.
As an affiliate member, you will still have opportunities to develop your career. Not everyone wishes to return to the classroom, but the importance of keeping abreast of the latest best practice remains paramount. If exams are not for you we still highly recommend that you undertake appropriate training. We offer a wide range of short courses which you might like to consider, as well as an accredited training programme in the form of the IIA Certificate in Internal Audit and Business Risk.
To join as an affiliate, you will need to be currently working as an internal auditor or related discipline. You must also agree to abide by the IIA's Code of Ethics and to uphold the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
Affiliate membership ensures your connection to a global source of knowledge, provides advice on the latest best practice and answers to your technical queries. Membership also provides networking opportunities, so you can exchange and compare practical experience and gain insight into the ways in which your peers are responding to the challenges of risk management, corporate governance and internal control.
Joining is easy, simply complete the affiliate form below and return with your payment to the Membership Department at the IIA's address. You can register for the IIA Certificate at the same time and on the same form.
