Benchmarking

Working with the Institute's Technical team, Service members can gather information from other members using our  benchmarking service. 

Information is gathered via an online survey compiled with input from the enquiring member. All Service members are then invited to complete the survey, and once the results are in a report is compiled and a draft supplied to the enquiring member. Once finalised, the report is made available to all Service members for their information.

During 2010 a variety of surveys were completed and a list of the topics covered is included below. As an example of what to expect you can download a copy of the final report listed (please click the title to access it).
