Council of Higher Education Internal Auditors 

CHEIA is the representative body for Higher Education Internal Audit Service providers in the UK whether provided in-house, by consortia or contracted out arrangements.  CHEIA’s objectives are to promote the role and status of internal audit in higher education, encourage professional development and help members achieve the highest standards in the provision of effective, value added and cost effective internal audit services to meet the needs of their institutions.
