Housing Association Internal Audit Forum
In response to a need to consult on best practice amongst Housing Associations, the HAIAF was established in 1990 as a discussion group for those responsible for internal audit in the sector.
The group conducts general meetings which are held five times a year at different venues around the country. These meetings, which are free to members, usually comprise talks by two speakers on current issues, a light lunch and a discussion session, giving an opportunity to share best practice, problems and experiences on given topics.
In addition, the HAIAF holds an annual two day conference with a very successful formula of top speakers, workshop sessions and opportunities to network, plus a dinner with after-dinner speakers and further entertainment. The charge is extremely competitive and you will find it excellent value for money.
The HAIAF has grown both in scope and in membership to reflect the increasing needs of the wider body of Registered Social Landlords - the current membership stands at over 150 organisations with members in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
