To recommend a friend please fill out the form below, remembering to ask their permission first. We will send your friend an email with membership information and an application form, identifying you as the person who recommended them. For you both to be eligible to receive your vouchers, your friend must return their application form and accompanying fee to the IIA by 16 March 2012.

We will use their information to introduce them to IIA membership and will not sell or pass on their details to a third party. We will offer them the chance to opt out of receiving any further information from us when we first contact them. The IIA processes all personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
