What does success look like for internal audit? We all want to be successful in our roles, but measuring success effectively within our profession can be challenging.
Our businesses, institutions and region are seeing an increase in the risks we face and this requires internal audit to provide broad ranging, high value assurance to ensure our mutual success.
The conference will look at the effective delivery of internal audit across a range of specialist assurance areas. We'll look at developing a high-performing internal audit team that meets the needs of the present and the future. We'll gain insights from the recipients of our assurance, all the while probing the question - What does success look like in internal audit?
