3 June | Online
This event is now a virtual event
The safety of our delegates is important to us and, following recent government announcements, we are withdrawing from using a physical venue for the event, which was scheduled to take place on 3 June in London.
The new virtual event format will cover the same proposed agenda below. All that is needed is an internet connection. An email confirmation will be sent to notify those who have already registered.
Please contact us at email@example.com
if you have any queries. We look forward to welcoming you to the event.
Aspire is a community of our organisation that provides support to early career internal auditors. Aspire events aim to provide a platform for sharing ideas, networking in a relaxed and friendly environment and learning from subject matter experts.
In our line of work we need to be equipped to handle tough situations and deal with challenging individuals, while efficiently delivering a message and building rapport. The ability to do this is often a distinguishing characteristic between an average and high performing internal auditor.
This event will focus on this key soft skill, taking a particular look at strategies to approach and manage challenging conversations with clients, staying in control of demanding situations, and reaching agreement in adversity.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions to our industry experts.
