16 May | Dublin
All too often, organisations invest significant time and effort in negotiating contracts and striving to capture as much value as possible during the procurement phase, only to then disregard much of this value as a result of poor contract management.
This event will highlight the importance of contract management throughout the contract life cycle. Among other things, it will examine what typically goes wrong, and the growing trend of organisations who are realising the importance of exercising their audit rights. It's also a great opportunity to hear about issues organisations have encountered, how they have dealt with them, and the steps they have taken to minimise value leakage and improve contract management.
