This report is a study into human capital, diversity and talent management and a key resource for navigating this risk.
Our risk overview examines the risk from two perspectives: the practice of auditing human capital, diversity and talent management as a risk area; and the extent to which human capital, diversity and talent issues impact the work of internal audit functions themselves.
About the report
The motivation to carry out this project came out of our annual thought-leadership piece produced by a consortium of European institutes of internal auditors. Risk in Focus 2022 identified human capital, diversity and talent management as a topic of growing concern to chief audit executives across Europe, and an area that could be further explored to the benefit of our members.
So, we decided to carry out further research to take a deeper dive into human capital, diversity and talent management in order to produce a separate report, called a ‘Risk Overview’
