Who, at your employer, should we invoice?

If the invoice is to be addressed to your employer, you will need to upload an official purchase order document (PO) for the total amount. This is required for invoicing, and we will not be able to proceed without this. If you do not have access to the PO, contact your Accounts Payable (AP). Then come back to this form with the PO and upload it. If your organisation does not use POs, your AP will need to provide you with a brief email stating this is the case and taking responsibility for the payment. For any queries related to your registration, please contact student.support@iia.org.uk

Information disclosure

We will share the results of your end point assessment with your employer and your training provider. We may also provide confirmation of your membership status to your current or prospective employers or employment reference agencies. By submitting this form you consent to our doing so.
