Chartered by Learning – Spring Cohort Performance 2023
For Spring Cohort 2023, 30 candidates enrolled across both modules. There were 25 candidates who successfully completed the course, or 83.3%. It is an excellent pass rate for the Chartered IIA. Instead of assessing existing competencies, the results reflect the programme's key objectives, developing aspiring leaders and supporting their progression.
Module 1: Strategy
A total of six candidates had to resubmit assignments to qualify for the exam. A total of 16 candidates sat for Module 1: Strategy, 13 of whom were successful at the main sitting, for the exam pass rate of 81.3%. The three initial unsuccessful candidates attempted the resit exam with one pass and two fails, for a pass rate of 33%. Module 1: Strategy had an overall pass rate of 87.5% with 16 candidates taking the exam and resit exam, leading to 14 out of 16 candidates passing overall. A distinction was achieved by one candidate.
Module 2: Leadership
A total of two candidates had to resubmit their assignments to qualify for the exam. A total of 14 candidates sat the Module 2: Leadership exam, with 11 candidates passing, which represents a pass rate of 78.6%. Three unsuccessful candidates attempted the resit exam with 0 passes and three fails. Module 2: Leadership had an overall pass rate of 78.6% with 14 candidates taking the exam and resit exam. A distinction was achieved by one candidate.
