Thank you for your interest in registering for the Chartered by experience assessment. Below is a booking form for you to complete.

Important information before you proceed:

Please note that you will need to upload a purchase order (PO) in order to submit this form. This is required for invoicing purposes and we will not be able to proceed with the registration without this. If you do not have access to the PO document for upload, please include the number and instruct your accounts team to send it to po@iia.org.uk and CBE@iia.org.uk . We will then process your form once we receive the PO letter. If your organisation does not provide/use POs, you will need to upload a document stating this is the case.

Please also ensure that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.

We take bookings for the assessments one cohort at the time, the CBE assessment dates are here. Please do not choose dates from two different cohorts.
